General Hotel Policy:

- Deposit Policy: Deposit is required prior to check in of the passenger for the total amount of the reservation for groups, companies and agencies and for reservations with non-refundable rates.
- Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Specific Taxes: Peruvian and foreign citizens who stay more than 59 days in Peru must pay an additional 18% tax (IGV). To be exempt from this additional 18% IGV tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. If not presented, the 18% tax will be charged at the agreed rate. Foreign guests on business stays who require a printed invoice must also pay this 18% surcharge, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.
- Cancellation Policy: according to the type of rate plan.
- Check-in policy: The room will be available at 15:00 hours. If you need to check in before 15:00 hours, you will be charged for the full night.
- Check-out Policy: The room must be vacated by 12:00 (noon). If you stay in the room after 12:00 hours, you will be charged one night.

Payment policy:

- We accept all major credit cards such as: visa, mastercard, american express, diners club, union pay.
- All rates are in US dollars.
- Full payment of the reservation is due at check-in.
- If you wish to extend your reservation, please check room availability with the front desk 2 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
- If paying in cash in dollars, these must not be torn or stained.
- We do not accept travellers cheques or bank deposits during your stay.
- Group Policy: For reservations of more than 4 rooms, please email us at: supervision@suiteslarco656.com. If you make a reservation for more than 4 rooms, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card you left as a guarantee.

Children and teenagers policy:

- Children and teenagers under the age of 18 must be with their parents or guardian and present ID. If one of the parents is absent, present TAM for foreign minors or DNI that accredits filiation for nationals, as well as a notarised authorisation of the consent of the other parent. If the guest is not the child's parent, a notarised authorisation of consent from both parents must be presented.
- When groups of minors enter the hostel, we will ask the guide for photocopies of the parents' authorisations for each minor entering the hostel.
- Children under 10 years stay free of charge in existing beds (maximum 1 child).
- Free cots are available for children under 2 years old, please request when booking.
- Children over 11 years old or adults must pay USD 16 per extra bed per night.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room or suite is one.

- Visitor policy: All visitors must present their ID at the Reception to enter the facilities. Visitors are allowed between 07:00 and 19:00 hours inside the rooms or suites.
- We do not have parking facilities.
- We do not accept pets.
